My journey into healing didn't begin in a classroom — it began the moment I became a mother.

Watching my child struggle was the spark that sent me searching beyond conventional medicine, into the vast and profound world of energy healing, ancestral clearing, and intuitive wisdom. What I found changed everything — not just for my family, but for the hundreds of clients I've had the privilege of walking alongside ever since.

I bring a rare combination of clinical training and spiritual depth to every session. As a licensed Occupational Therapist with a Master's degree, I am grounded in how the body, mind, and nervous system work together. But I've always known that true healing reaches further — into the energetic patterns we inherit, the ancestral wounds we carry, and the soul-level wisdom that already lives within each of us.

Over three decades I have trained extensively in Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki, Kundalini Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, CranioSacral Therapy, Ancestral Forgiveness, Meridian Therapy, Heart Mind Shiatsu, and Resonance Therapy. I am an ordained minister in the Order of Melchizedek and an affiliate of the International Center for Reiki Training. I am also the author of Transcending Limitation — Start Where You Are and Create the Life You Want.
